Job Title: Accountant

The company, a firm of chartered accountants established in 1930, pride themselves on their vast experience guiding their clients on their finances. Their services range from helping new businesses set themselves up through to assisting individuals in managing their personal taxes.
The Role
You’ll be providing general accountancy support to the Company’s clients, many of whom are based around the Central Belt in Scotland.
The main duties of the position are:
Accounts
- Preparation of accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited Companies
- Corporation Tax computations and returns
- Personal Tax returns
- VAT/Management accounts
- Ad hoc assignments
The Candidate:
They’d like you to have:
- Great communication skills to build relationships with clients and peers
- Knowledge of accountancy software packages
- Full driving licence and own car
