The role

We are looking for someone who is relentless in sorting out issues on the ledger, resolving queries both in house and with suppliers and is a detailed completer / finisher.

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our small accounts team. This role will primarily manage accounts for our TYDE accounts payable ledger.

Responsibilities include

  • Processing invoices / credit notes and payments through the ledger
  • Resolution of issues/queries
  • Overseas payments abroad to suppliers & payments on shipment
  • BACS / electronic & cheque payments
  • Supplier account application forms

Ideal Candidate

  • Five years’ experience with over 400 suppliers and 1000 invoices a month
  • Driven with an ability to prioritise
  • Excellent communicator
  • Proficient in excel
  • Well organised
  • Personable and able to build relationships with suppliers
