Job Title: Architectural Technician
Location: London, SE9
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 pa dependent on experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Main Duties:
- Support Project & Site Managers in drawing & designing technical solutions & details
- 3D design
- Assist project management (cost spreadsheets, negotiating, purchasing materials)
- Measure & record data on site
Key Requirements:
- AutoCAD
- Excellent knowledge of construction detailing
- Experience in technical drawing
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Microsoft Office
- Extensive knowledge of 3D design software
- Excellent spoken & written English essential
Desirable skills and experience:
- Engineering or Architectural background
- Detailed knowledge of other construction software packages
- Knowledge of construction health & safety
