Job Title: Bar Supervisor

Location: Bristol

Salary: £18,500 – £20,500 D.O.E

Job type: 5 days out of 7 which will include weekends and some evenings

No Split Shifts, Pension, Uniform and Car Parking are included (please note, we are not on a public transport route)

We are a prestigious private members Golf Club in a scenic location about 10 minutes from Clifton. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full time Bar Supervisor (Team Leader) to join our professional food and beverage team.

The Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced bar tender
  • Strive towards best customer/colleagues’ satisfaction.
  • Maintain up to date all working knowledge (food & drinks) and support on training staff regularly.
  • Monitoring restaurant/bar inventory and keep updating the clubhouse manager of any products to be ordered.
  • Support clubhouse manager in planning and setting up special events.
  • Ensure that checklists for opening and closing are being completed in each shift.
  • Ensure products/essentials are adequately stocked.
  • Ensure end of the day reports, KPI’s and cash flow are accurate.
  • Promote a good environment place of work with all colleagues.

Duties/Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet customers
  • Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries
  • Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers
  • Record drink orders accurately into register system
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes
  • Serve food collected from the kitchen to customers
