The Role:

As a result of these growth plans they are looking for an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to join the Central London team. Do you have what it takes?

What you will be responsible for:

  • General accounts management
  • Accurate financial book keeping and records
  • Sales ledger
  • Purchase ledger
  • Nominal ledger
  • Trial balance
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Credit control
  • VAT returns
  • EC sales list reports
  • Assist with payroll where required
  • Strategic monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc management reporting

Let’s talk about you:

You will love numbers and be a whizz with Excel and Xero. You’ll be a confident self-starter up for developing new processes and bringing in new tools to maximise efficiency in the accounting processes.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Outstanding numerical skills
  • Excellent experience with Excel
  • Good experience of Xero accounting software
  • Highly personable and able to form solid working relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proven problem solver and self-starter
  • Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and use your initiative
  • An excellent academic record or equivalent work experience

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and tracking of results
