Job Title: Bookkeeping Assistant / Administrator

Location: London

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 annual depending on experience

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Company has been providing personalised quality IT support to businesses, charities and non-profit organisations in London and the South East since 1999. Due to constant growth and upscaling they have an exciting position available for a Bookkeeping Assistant to join their busy Accounts and Administration Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Balancing accounts and maintaining ledgers
  • Processing sales and purchase invoices and receipts
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Recording transactions
  • Accounts payables and receivables and credit control
  • Preparation of financial reports
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Hardware purchasing and renewals management of licenses
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties at the request of the Directors

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in using Xero/Quickbooks
  • Proven experience in working independently on all tasks listed above
  • AAT Qualification – completed or in progress
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to multi task and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
