Job Title: Business Development Manager / Online Sales Executive

Location: Shoreditch, London

Salary: up to £27,000 per annum + bonus (OTE’s 40k Year 1)

Our fun and dynamic office is looking for an intelligent and self-motivated individual to start a career as a Business Development Manager (official title!). The successful candidate will be a positive, friendly and focused individual to interact with our client base.

The Role

Our product offering is second to none, and this role will suit a personality that enjoys interacting with people whilst being able to identify opportunities to work with our clients in the future. Do you need to have previous experience sales and business development? Ideally yes! What’s also important to us is your ability to build relationships and ensure a seamless journey for our clients. We’re happy to show you the ropes and that’s why we want a talented individual with all the right traits to start.

On a day to day basis you’ll be seeking new opportunities to develop accounts and showcasing our online products and services with the objective of developing your own portfolio of clients to manage.

You have to be super organised – it’s that simple. The position will require you make sure all our systems are up to date (this list is not exhaustive), data management and creating and maintaining multiple excel documents to manage the overall workflow.

You have to be committed and really want to prove yourself through hard work, an excellent telephone manner and a positive can-do attitude. The rest we will support and train you on. Ideally you will have at least two years’ experience working within a BDM or Account Executive role.
