Job Title: Care Lead – Nights

Salary: £12 p/h

They are a residential care home specialising in elderly care and Dementia. The majority of their residents live in on a permanent basis but they also offer respite care.
The Role
Working with the registered manager the post holder will oversee all aspects of care delivery ensuring that only the highest standards of care are given.
Responsibilities:
- Administering medication to residents
- Leading and supporting junior care staff
- Working alongside colleagues to assist residents
- Carryout Supervisions
Key Requirements:
- You are required to have the basic desire to care
- Candidates wishing to apply should have experience of working in an elderly people care home
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
