Salary: £30,000 – £34,000

UK Case Management is a well-established company based in the North of England providing case management services to individuals who have suffered brain and/or spinal injuries.

Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a range of additional Case Manager roles comprising of full-time, part-time, and associate/freelance positions. You will be an experienced clinician with a background in catastrophic injury such as acquired brain and spinal injury, birth injury, or complex orthopaedic injury.

The Role

  • The Case Managers role includes researching and referring to statutory and private therapists and coordinating therapeutic input to promote consistency and optimal interventions.
  • All positions come with flexible working arrangements, comprising of home and office working. You would manage your own caseload including travel and client visits within the hours that suit you and the client’s needs.
  • Experience working with Qunote and SharePoint would be advantageous.
  • This position is subject to DBS checks and 2 satisfactory references. We offer a competitive salary, health care plan, contributions to professional development opportunities and full support from our Head Office team in North Yorkshire.

Key Requirements:

We are seeking NMC/HCPC registered individuals with at least two years post qualification as an OT, Nurse, Physiotherapist, Speech and Language Therapist or Social Worker.

The Candidate:

  • We are looking for health and social care experts with considerable experience working with adults and/or children and young people who have sustained catastrophic injuries such as traumatic brain injury, polytrauma, spinal cord injury, limb loss, and cerebral palsy.
  • You will have direct experience working with community clients and will be able to demonstrate your professional abilities in the field of complex, long-term health care assessment, care planning, and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
  • We follow the BABICM Standards & Competencies Framework. The competencies further the development and understanding of the role of brain injury case management and provide key behaviours, attitudes and actions that are expected and valued for Case Managers.
