Remora Cleaning is a well established, South London based cleaning company, working in homes and offices across the city. Based in Clapham, teams travel across the city carrying out deep cleaning jobs.
The Role:
We are looking to hire cleaning staff to work in our end of tenancy cleaning teams; cleaners, driver cleaners and supervisors at present. Immediate starts with paid trials.
The job involves studying under our experienced end of tenancy supervisors, potentially graduating to manage a team of cleaners and being responsible for checking jobs and communicating with the office throughout the day.
The Candidate:
Applicants must have cleaning experience, a good temperament, work ethic and some supervising/managerial/housekeeping experience. Supervisors clean alongside the teams they lead.
Requirements:
- Conversational English is required.
- Cleaning experience is required (end of tenancy/deep cleaning is a plus).
- Experience driving in London is also helpful.
Additional information:
This is a physical and demanding job with long hours, which in turn is financially rewarding. We have a pay scale for trainees starting at £9.00 per hour, and as a full employee, you will be entitled to paid holiday. We also have a summer bonus scheme and when leading your own team pay increases to £10.00 and £11.00 an hour. We provide a company phone, and if you also fulfil the driver function, after probation the van may be used for commuting.
