Job Title: Community Care Worker

Location: Stoke On Trent

Salary: £10.45 – £10.85 an hour plus £1000 Joining bonus

Job Type: Full Time – Permanent.

Teasdale Heathcare are a family-run Homecare provider, supporting those who need compassionate help and support to live at home, as independently and safely as possible.

Introduction:

We are actively seeking a Community care worker who can demonstrate a positive, “can-do” attitude and high attention to detail.

All roles involve elements of providing care to both the elderly and adults in their own homes, which can include preparing meals, assisting with medication, providing hands-on personal care, washing in full, dressing, catheter and continence support, end of life care, and also companionship. We are looking for candidates with a genuine passion for working to support those requiring care, whether this is an experienced Care Assistant, or someone completely new to care with the right caring and professional attitude to their work.

We have 10 roles available working for us on a specialist contract. We are offering the first 10 successful candidates a £1000 Golden Hello for joining us to work on this exciting contract.

*Car drivers only can be considered for this role, unless you wish to join as a double up team with driver colleague whom you know*

Hours:

  • Full-time hours with our full-time shifts from 7am to 10pm
  • All rotas are on a 4/3 (Week 1 = Mon, Tue, Sat & Sun. Week 2 = Wed, Thur, Fri)
  • Additional shifts available if required each week paid at enhanced overtime pay rates if they are required.

Burslem, Tunstall, Chell, Hanley, Sneyd Green, Cobridge, Bentilee, Milton, Bucknall, Fenton, Blurton, Penkhull, Trentham, Trent Vale, Longton, Meir, Weston Coyney, Normacot, Meirheath, Blythe Bridge.

Full driving licence and own car are essential, unfortunately, we are not able to consider applications from candidates who do not have their own vehicle and a full UK driving licence. Joining bonus T’s & C’s Apply, advised at interview.
