Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Location: Preston

Salary: Competitive depending on experience

Job type: Full time, fixed term contract (12 months Maternity Cover)

A long established company in designing and manufacturing is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator. You will be joining their existing team to cover a period of maternity leave.

They are looking for someone who can communicate confidently and listen well whilst supporting customers. It’s a fast paced environment which will challenge you on a daily basis, so they expect you to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively.

The Candidate:

  • Accurate processing of all orders using the Epicor operating system, ensuring the system is used correctly.
  • Provision of administration support to assist the field based Sales Account Managers in their roles to provide the best service to the customer.
  • Taking inbound customer calls (approx. 60 per day) identifying and assessing the requirements to achieve satisfaction.
  • Liaising effectively with all departments throughout the business
  • Ensuring that queries and complaints are handled in a timely, professional, efficient manner and to the satisfaction of the customer and followed up to ensure resolution.
  • Participating in ongoing projects such as the implementation of better working practices and system improvements
