The Role:

We are currently seeking an ambitious and energetic Ecommerce Manager to join our
growing Digital Team.

We offer a range of highly-sustainable technology products to both the UK & Intl Business & Consumer Marketplace.
You will occupy a key position, improving engagement and conversion rates and driving our online growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Ecommerce Assistants and 3rd Party relationships
  • Understanding our Product Range and our different target audiences
  • Managing products listings and pricing across Amazon, Ebay and our Ecommerce Store
  • Managing and executing promotional campaigns
  • Arranging products and content to improve user experience and increase conversion rate
  • Managing platform settings,UX etc software integrations with those platforms
  • Developing product and industry knowledge to help maximise Ecommerce performance
  • Working in tandem with Sales Dept to set appropriate pricing
  • Spotting trends in order to assist Purchasing Dept with procurement
  • Updating product information on various channels as required
  • Feeding into SEO Strategy
  • Providing Ad Hoc and regular, structured reporting to Management

The Candidate:

  • Min 2-3 yrs Ecommerce experience (preferable but not essential, in Tech Sector)
  • Commercially minded and passionate about Ecommerce
  • Experience of all aspects of Google Ads
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA and Ebay Shops
  • Advanced IT skills and understanding of Web Technologies
  • Experience with Woocommerce and Payment Platforms
  • Experience of emerging online tools (eg Asana, Hotjar, Google Analytics, XsellCo)
  • Degree in Digital Media, Business or Marketing preferable
  • Professional attitude: dedicated, self-motivated and target driven
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to produce and report insights from web metrics
  • Structured and methodical with the ability to multi-task
  • Great organisational skills and time keeping
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a full-time vacancy that can be office-based or hybrid remote.
