Job Title: Experienced Electrician / Approved Electrician

Salary: £14.00-£16.00 per hour (negotiable on skills and experience)

E Rushton, a long established NICEIC electrical contractor, are looking for an experienced electrician to join their team in Burnley.
They are currently looking for Experienced Electrician / Approved Electrician for mostly commercial and industrial installations.
The role:
We are an NICEIC Approved company (established 1975) carrying out a variety of commercial and industrial work (with a small amount of domestic) in and around the East Lancashire Area. Most work is localised around East Lancashire, Rossendale and the Ribble Valley with occasional jobs as far away as North Lancashire, South Lancashire, Yorkshire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
Most staff return home daily but we do sometimes have limited away work nationwide.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Must be skilled in all aspects of electrical installation works and be able to complete to a high standard and in a competent manor.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team and communicate effectively with customers, other staff, site managers, surveyors etc. etc.
- Able to organise required resources to ensure the timely completion of works within agreed deadlines or targets.
- Able to ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork including test certificates, job sheets and timesheets.
The Candidate:
- Full Driving Licence
- City and Guilds qualifications (Testing and inspection 2391 or equivalent is an advantage)
- NVQ level 3
- 2 Years + experience
- Motivation and a positive work attitude to enhance our team and help the company expand
- Good customer service skills
- Flexibility – Occasional overtime will be required (T + ½)
- Attention to detail.
