Job Title: Finance Analyst

Job Purpose:
We are currently looking for a pro-active individual to support the finance team, with development of accounting system to enable project accounting, automated invoicing, and linkage to external systems to provide more automisation.
Key tasks:
- Management of all invoicing to include dealing with differences between payment and invoicing
- Managing project resource time from project into SAP
- Managing Project set up in SAP, list price for supplier, and supplier set up
- Support with costs and revenue analysis
- Supporting reporting requirements
- Reviewing and comparing data in systems and using it for data cleansing and refreshing data in test and live environment
- Contributing to testing within test environment, highlight issues and feeding back to ensure resolution is identified
- Find solutions to discrepancies by working with other employees and correcting any incorrect information or calculations
- Stakeholder support regarding financial information or issues
- Drive process improvement that impacts the finance function
The Candidate:
- Good analytical skills
- Problem solving skills
- Advanced excel knowledge
- Power BI experience an advantage but not essential
- AAT or equivalent or qualified by experience
- Systems orientated
- SAP knowledge an advantage but not essential
- Excellent Attention to detail
