Job Title: Head of HR

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £58,659 – £67,426 Salary on appointment is at the minimum of the range.

Package: 33 days holiday entitlement per annum + 8 days’ public holidays; Civil Service Pension Scheme (MyCSP); purchasing or selling additional annual leave for additional monthly pay.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

As well as developing and coaching a small HR team, you’ll love building relationships across the company and externally. You’ll use your HR knowledge and experience to promote and implement HR strategies to secure the skills, capabilities and diverse and inclusive workforce they need to deliver their ongoing success.
