HGV Class 2 Driver – Skip Hire

Due to the continued success of our business and our ongoing company expansion we currently have a vacancy for an HGV Skip Lorry Driver to join our winning team.

Please note that due to the nature of the role, no sponsorship or relocation packages will be available so all candidates must already be eligible to both live and work in the UK to be considered.

The Role:

To deliver skips to customers, collect from customers and return the skips to the site.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Deliver skips to and collect skips from customers in a timely manner ensuring skips are covered.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Use route navigation apps and knowledge of the area to ensure all deliveries and collections are made on time.
• Drive carefully following the rules of the Highway Code and causing minimal damage to Company lorries and skips.
• Ensure collections and deliveries are carried out with due care and attention to minimize damage to customer property.
• Ensure loads are weighed on the Weighbridge and all paperwork is returned to the Office.
• Ensure TACO regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Ensure lorry is clean and tidy at all times.
• To work collaboratively with colleagues, supporting them every day.

The Candidate:

• Must have a valid HGV 2 License
• Must have a valid CPC license
• Must have a valid TACO card
