Job Title: HR Administrator (3 Month Contract)

Location: Haslingden

Job Type: Part Time, Temporary 3-month Contract

Working Hours: 25 hours per week (0.67FTE)

Salary: £22,000 to £24,000pa pro-rata, based on skills, experience and qualifications

Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing:

As a HR Administrator, you will be providing the small HR team with comprehensive administrative support, both in relation to HR and general office administration. The key activities you will be supporting with are:

  • Answering basic HR queries
  • Keeping the HR Information System up to date
  • Supporting the recruitment process by advertising roles, shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews with the Hiring Manager where required
  • Generating HR documentation including Offer Letters, Contracts of Employment and Variation to Contracts
  • On boarding new employees, ensuring pre-employment checks have been conducted
  • Delivering inductions to new employees
  • Administering company benefits
  • Support with additional ad-hoc administrative duties

A Few Things About You:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience of providing administrative support (Essential) for a HR Function (Desirable)
  • Previous experience of working with a HR Information System (Desirable)
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (Desirable)

When You’ll Be Working:

You will be working a 25 hour week between Monday to Friday with the hours to be agreed.
