Reporting to the Head of Sales, they’re looking for a talented individual who will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. This is a new role within the sales team and fundamental to them achieving their ambitious new customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will work with existing and prospective customers to support field-based sales managers achieve their sales targets. You will use your sales acumen to generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, social media, outbound cold calls, emails and campaigns. Opportunities will be created with either new customers or by introducing additional products to existing customers.
The successful candidate is someone who is motivated to improve how GP practices and CCGs operate, and can quickly establish rapport with a variety of people, irrespective of their position or seniority. In doing so, you will have a curious mind and an engaging manner, which will enable you to uncover the customer’s challenges, and secure their commitment to evaluate how the company can make their lives easier and improve outcomes for patients. You must be comfortable making dozens of approaches per day.
You could be the ideal candidate if you have experience in healthcare, preferably digital health and primary care, and several years’ experience in a similar internal or field sales role.
A background check and a telephone reference will be required before an offer can be extended.

- Minimum of three years’ work experience in a customer facing sales role
- Minimum of two years’ work experience in healthcare
- Experience in primary care, possibly with a healthcare technology firm
- Graduate educated
- Experience working with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
