Job Title: Internal Sales
Location: Steeton, Keighley
Salary: £19,500 per annum (Reviewed after 6 Months)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
The Company is a BS EN ISO 9001:2015 quality approved company that supplies flexible hose and ducting and associated fittings from many of the world’s leading manufacturers. They also have the facilities to manufacture hose assemblies and supply kits to customer specification.
They work closely with their suppliers to develop new flexible hose and ducting products for specific applications to maintain its position as a leading supplier of flexible hose, flexible ducting, flexible tubing and fittings.
They are looking to recruit an ambitious, focused and motivated individual to join their Internal Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek new opportunities to increase Sales with both new and existing customers
- Responding to sales leads and enquiries in an efficient, timely and professional manner
- Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with their customers
- Manage a seamless end to end customer journey
Key Requirements:
- A passion for delivering first class customer service
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Sound organisational skills
- Commercially astute and thrives in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literate and proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Self-driven and possesses an ability to act on their own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team
- The desire to take on responsibility and develop within the role
