Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Location: Shoreditch, London

Salary: (OTE £35K+) Salary £25k plus £10k-£15k commission – uncapped.

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time. Mix of in in office & 1/2 from home.

We’re the MarTech Alliance, a learning solutions business for all things marketing technology. We offer MarTech digital courses, events and resources.

We are based in North Shoreditch in a vibrant, dog-friendly, free beer providing work space, with a super passionate team. While we have a great office in the hub of London a mix of remote and in office working will be the new norm post the pandemic.

All arms of our business are growing fast and we are looking for a hungry ambitious inside sales representative to help accelerate this. Reporting into the business development manager (BDM) the new hire will be in an important responsible for driving a range of commercial opportunities across all arms of the business.

The role:

This is a hands-on role instrumental in driving the business growth. The role will centre around event delegate registrations, and sponsorship lead qualification and training course sign ups. Following the business’ sales playbook, the successful candidate will hit the ground running. The fast-paced nature of the role will suit someone determined, keen to learn and incredibly ambitious.

This personality driven approach is the backbone of Martech Alliance. 60% of the role involves developing new business for your pipeline with the other 40% being focused on giving the best service to attained clients to promote repeat business.

Day To Day:

  • 70+ Calls per day / 1,600 Calls per month
  • Outbound sales prospecting – calling and emailing
  • Lead coverage
  • Generating appointments with key decision makers
  • Closing sales
  • Manage live chat
  • Manage and qualify all leads across the business
  • Social selling through Linkedin
  • Creating and sharing videos to sell to individuals and companies
  • Drive new partnership and business development opportunities through your social selling.
  • Working to monthly targets and KPIs in line with company values
