Job title: Machine Operators / Packers
Location: South London (SW19)
Salary: £24,000 per annum. Potential for up to £5,000 overtime earnings.
Job type: Full Time – Permanent. 5 day working week – 9 hours per day.
We are a busy bakery in who pride themselves on the high quality products we make on a daily basis. We are looking to expand and want passionate baker with long term commitment to help achieve this.
Skills Required:
- Some experience in a Bakery/Factory or kitchen is essential.
- Flexible and keen to learn with a hands on approach.
- Good English oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
The Role:
- Working in production & packing loading and unloading Bread.
- The packing of breads.
- Communicating effectively with other staff to maintain a positive work environment and ensure the smooth running of the bakery.
- Keeping up to date with cleaning and safety schedules.
- Carry out all baking duties with care and diligence to guarantee the production of a consistently high standard of product, along with minimal levels of wastage.
