The Role:

What is a Marketing Executive?

Our marketing team is expanding and has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team based in Daresbury. The role will be hybrid working with two days in our office together, with the rest of the marketing team, and three days from home.

Supporting our market-leading products, you will work with the Marketing and business teams to design and implement our marketing campaign for national health bodies across the world.

This is an exciting and varied role, covering everything from events, PPC and social media to website management. If you are looking for an opportunity to further develop your marketing and digital skills and experience whilst being part of a supportive and successful in-house marketing team, this is the role for you.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Plan and deliver highly engaging, interactive and conversion focused integrated campaigns for our national bodies business division.
  • Manage the website, monitoring its success, working out how it can be improved and updated, tackling the barriers to conversion and enhancing the user journey.
  • Analysing our campaigns on hubspot identifying how our hubspot platform can be improved, utilising new features and functions,
  • Manage our digital marketing agencies, in delivering the SEO strategy.
  • Analyse performance data to measure and report success against goals.
  • Research and keep up-to-date with the latest market developments and best practice

What do you need to be successful for the role?

  • 3-5 years’ marketing experience
  • The ability to write compelling copy, written to engage the audience
  • Experience of managing site content through a CMS system
  • Working knowledge of building, managing and measuring a campaign using a CRM, such as hubspot or salesforce
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience reporting and analysing results and driver
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills that give you the ability to work collaboratively with different teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media reporting tools and basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Strong relationship builder with wider teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work well within a team and individually, using your initiative and autonomy
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Excellent client-facing and Internal communication skills
  • Problem solving skills, with the ability to be flexible in your approach to work
