Job Title: Marketing Supervisor
Location: Whiteparish, Salisbury

Job Type: Full time, Permanent (Monday- Friday 8:30am-5.00pm)
The Company is a fast-growing international electronics company, constantly developing new products and pushing into new markets. They need a highly motivated, well-organised and creative individual to supervise their marketing team and drive awareness of their highly successful brands.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the marketing team, workload and performance
- Generate marketing plans and monitor their progress
- Create effective promotional content
- Oversee the company website and social media presence
- Coordinate promotional activity across multiple media channels
- Work with distributors and publishers to maximise promotional effectiveness
The ideal Candidate will have/ be:
- Creative, inventive and adaptable
- Experience in a commercial or industrial marketing role
- Track record in brand development
- Excellent communication skills
