Job Title: New Business Manager

Location: Chessington

Salary: £28k – £35k DOE, £60k OTE

Job type: Full Time – Permanent.

We are an exceptional asbestos consultancy operating in a market where there is huge demand. We have a superb reputation, excellent client retention and are currently experiencing significant growth. We are ambitious, expanding our team across all areas and need a proactive New Business Manager to develop this lucrative market and be core to company growth.

Working primarily across property and construction we have built strong relationships with developers, architects, property management companies, builders and surveyors amongst others. We need an articulate and driven New Business Manager who can capitalise on the level of service we can provide and drive Asbestos Consultancy sales. You must be able to proactively generate clients and also be able to then take ownership and manage and build relationships with these companies.

The Role

  • Proactively generating New Business.
  • Build and develop strong working relationships with new clients.
  • Develop existing clients.
  • Follow up on incoming commercial and domestic enquiries.
  • Ensure all opportunities for additional works are secured.
  • Work closely with the surveyors and removal teams.
  • Carry out client and site visits.

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible sales manager able to generate sales whilst managing ongoing clients.
  • Able to develop and manage growth of asbestos consultancy.
  • Track record of successfully generating new business.
  • Experience working in the asbestos industry, construction, property, legionella, fire risk or compliance sales advantageous.
  • Must live within reasonable commute of our Chessington offices.
