New Business Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Up to £30000 per annum

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire

Salary: £30,000 OTE

Do you have excellent telephone sales skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience?

An experienced communicator on all levels, they need you to be able to generate new business, follow up on marketing campaigns, cross sell to existing customers and renew contracts cost effectively

The Role:

The role of telesales has three functions & each team member takes responsibility for one, but this can change as required by the business:

  • Generate prospect/new customer appointments via cold calling, data conversion & following up on marketing campaigns, for their field based sales teams to convert
  • Generate cross sell leads & appointments from their existing base of customers via data conversion & following up on marketing campaigns, for their field based sales teams to convert
  • Support the business in the renewals of existing customer’s contracts cost effectively whilst also growing their revenue

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly sales KPI’s – including dials and talk time
  • Develop, maintain & convert pipeline of opportunities
  • Renewal of customers against set criteria & within cost limitations
  • Increase revenue for existing customer base
  • Seek out new business & cross sell leads & opportunities
  • High conversion of data lists & email campaigns to sale
  • Generation of high quality leads for field based teams to convert
  • Qualify leads against set criteria
  • Management of any marketing leads
  • Maintain professional internal & external relationships
