Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Synpac – Hessle (HU13 9PB)
Salary: £10.00 to £11.35 per hour
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

The role:
To operate production equipment as effectively as possible & to contribute to the shift meeting demands in terms of production, waste, quality, housekeeping & health & safety.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Environmental Procedures and Regulations
- Meet production targets and customer deadlines.
- Complete daily checks
- Follow SWP’s!
- Completes required production paperwork.
The Candidate:
- Machine Operator with previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
- Health and Safety Awareness
- Quality Awareness
- Excellent attendance and timekeeping
- Knowledge, Training and Experience required
Ability to work flexible hours on a two-week rotational shift pattern:
Early Shift Monday to Thursday 05:30 to 13:30 Friday: 05:30 to 13:30
Late Shift Monday to Thursday 14:00 to 22:30 Friday: 14:00 to 20:00
