Job Title: Order Fulfilment / 1st Line Support Technician
Location: Dunn Street, London
Salary: £18,000 – £21,000 per annum
The organisation is an established DSA supplier, working with Disabled Students in higher education. They currently have a vacancy for an Order Fulfilment, First Line Tech Support, and Customer Care operative to join their friendly team in Dalston.
Role Overview:
The role would be suitable for someone with a technical mind who is familiar with personal computers. They’re on a hunt to find a motivated individual who will take complete responsibility for customer orders, and communicate with customers to make sure they are looked after. The ideal candidate would have a flair for organisation, ability to keep your workplace neat, tidy and organised.
Your main area of responsibility will be deployment, assembly and delivery of customer orders. You will also be providing first line technical support and helping students with any queries. Training will be provided.
They’re looking for an individual who would be willing to make a long-term commitment to the role. Perks include annual team-building trips, pension and a great coffee machine in the office.
Duties:
Primary
- Prepare machines for installation (power, network)
- Deployment
- Recording Serial numbers
- Creating accurate order paperwork
- Assembling & Packaging orders for shipping
- Courier Bookings
- Deliveries in/out
- Remote set-ups & email deliveries
- Filing order paperwork
- Insurance schedules
- Keeping stock room & assembly area meticulously organized
Additional
- Responding to allocated support calls
- Maintaining accurate records on CRM Database
- Carrying out Remote Health Checks
- Performing Remote Work
