Job Title: Production Assembler
Location: Darwen, Lancashire
Salary: £9.00 per hour dependant on experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full time – 40hrs
Hours: Monday- Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-2pm
Established for over 35 years and now one of the North West’s leading & multi award winning Engineering companies, the Company is looking to recruit Production Assembler to join their expanding team in Darwen, Lancs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling sheet-metal to 2D drawings
- Using hand and power tools
- Producing a high level of quality goods
- Maintaining general housekeeping
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Previous proven experience in a similar role working in an industrial / manufacturing environment is essential
- Hard working and conscientious attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative and without constant supervision
- Reliable and flexible approach to working hours including overtime
- Numeracy & literacy skills
