Job Title: Production Line Machine Operator

The Role:
Based in our fast-moving potato packing factory you will set up and run a packing line (Bosch vertical form filled and/or flow wrap sealed) and supervise a small grading and packing team on that line. Specifications regarding quality will be required to be met, along with targets hit for maximum efficiency.
The Candidate:
Previous experience in line machine operating is favorable but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.
The candidate should have an excellent attendance record, an excellent time-keeping record and a keen eye for detail.
Additional information:
Guaranteed 80.5 hours paid basic wages per fortnight.
No zero hours, full time hours.
Shift pattern: 6.00am – 6.00pm: fixed 4 days on, 4 days off rolling shift system.
Additional hours always paid at overtime rate.
