Job Title: Sales Administration Executive

Salary: £17,500 – £18,500 + Commission

The Company is a leading regional IT Solutions Provider and Sage Accredited Business Partner based in Hull. They are looking for an experienced Sales Administration Executive to join their growing technology company.

The Role:

SAE is a key function of the sales operation within the company and the focus is to ensure the efficiency of the sales process for all sales opportunities and business enquiries.

The role is to support:

  • Enquiries from the 4 Product Teams – Software Solutions, Development, IT Services & Cloud
  • Enquiries from the external BDM team
  • Enquiries from the Account Management teams
  • Enquiries from the Directors
  • Be the internal sales function for the Company
  • Provide admin support for the Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and transferring/ passing messages where required
  • Keeping the CRM and PandaDoc systems up to date
  • Logging new opportunities, contacts, and companies on Zoho CRM
  • Retrieving information/ documents required by colleagues
  • Creating order packs and the documents for these, including sales orders
  • Creating Trello cards for order packs
  • Generating weekly opportunity reports
  • Following up and qualifying all new opportunity enquiries
  • Creating and sending basic quotations
  • Requesting quotes from suppliers
  • You are responsible for following up all quotes – daily/weekly
  • You are responsible for providing feedback on lost orders
  • You are responsible for recording a pipeline of potential orders/activity

Key Requirements:

  • Previous Sales or Administrative Role
  • Administrative or Sales experience required
  • Comfortable with computers and IT, including all Microsoft office software (E.g. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Eager to learn with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Possess good organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to keep on top of and manage a large and diverse workload
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication
  • Right to work in the UK (Required)
  • Driving Licence (Preferred)
