Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Clevedon

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience

Position: Full Time, Permanent

The Company:

The organisation is an established European distributor of high quality composite products for over 40 years, with offices and warehouses in all the major European countries. Their business is built on professionalism and service offering a one-stop shop for their customers’ key materials requirements coupled with excellent technical support.

They supply a broad portfolio of top quality products across the composites market including customers in aerospace, motor sport and boat building, amongst others.

As part of their continuing growth they are now recruiting a Sales Administrator in their offices in Clevedon to help take their expansion to the next level.

Job Duties:

  • Order processing and associated filing and maintenance
  • Invoice processing
  • Stock control and purchasing
  • Booking in of stock
  • Liaison with transport suppliers and booking transport
  • Daily telesales calls to existing customers
  • Liaison with sales reps concerning customer enquiries and orders
  • Customer quotations
  • Customer complaints processing
  • Filing of documentation and postage
  • Staff coverage
  • Other general duties as requested

The Candidate:

  • Minimum 4 GCSE’s including Maths and English
  • IT office literate and excellent telephone skills desirable
  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets would be an advantage
