Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Office / Home Based – Nationwide
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Commission + Car
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
The company is one of the leading Silicone Hose manufacturers in the country. They supply Automotive, Truck, Bus, Rail, Pharma and Food hoses alongside other products from their UK factory. They sell their products around the world and have a reputation built on quality.
It would be beneficial if the applicant has ties with the products and has experience in these industries.

Key Requirements:
- Developing positive relations and handling customer needs
- Focused on getting results
- Proven track record in new sales and increasing customer spends
- Knowledge of how factory processes take place
- Has to be driven and work to set targets by the directors
- Self Motivated and driven to succeed
- Experienced in dealing with Buyers to Engineers
- Organised, admin and IT skills
- Willing to build a team around them
- Excellent at reporting according to requirements
