Job Title: Architectural and Technical Design Consultant
Location: Kings Lynn
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 plus Car & Benefits depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
The Company, multi-disciplinary design consultants who can facilitate any type of construction project, working from preliminary feasibility and concept design stages through to detailing, project management and completion.
The Candidate:
- HND Building (MBIAT preferred)
- 5 Years Post HND Experience
- Must have architectural and/or design knowledge
- Must be self-motivated
- AutoCAD/Revit proficient with detailed knowledge of Building Regulations, British Standards
- Must be able to co-ordinate other disciplines
- Experience of MOD an advantage
- MUST hold a British passport due to the nature of their business on MOD and USAF bases and their Government Client.
Due to the nature of the role, the company will not be providing a sponsorship or relocation package for this position, therefore, candidates will only be considered if they are eligible to both live and work in the UK without sponsorship
