Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Boxworth, Covering the Cambridgeshire Area
Salary: Competitive salary with 22 days holiday + birthday + bank holidays + vehicle
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (50 Hours, Monday – Friday)
This Scaffolding Company provides scaffolding services to their customers across the commercial, domestic and industrial sectors for over 30 years; erecting, maintaining, inspecting and dismantling hundreds of scaffolding projects.

The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Site Supervisor based at Boxworth covering the Cambridgeshire area.
This is a new position in an expanding business, offering the right candidate excellent opportunities to support the growth and shaping of the company at this new location.
The position will provide a pro-active and effective service working closely with the team to meet departmental and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervision of scaffolder on site – including direct and subcontractors
- Allocating work to scaffolders
- Provide feedback to management with performance, progress and issues
- Ensure all employees and subcontractors comply with H&S standards including risk assessments, appropriate use of PPE
- Liaise with Site Managers, relevant third parties
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience within scaffolding industry
- Ability to work autonomously
- Multi – site management
- Communication skills
