Job Title: Skilled Operative/ Labourer
Location: Central London
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)

Role and Responsibilities:
They are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive person to join them in Central London as a Skilled Operative/ Labourer. Reporting to their Site Managers, you will complete your assigned tasks to the highest standard.
Working in prestige homes and representing their Family and their brand, you must strive to deliver the best service and quality of workmanship on every job.
Key Requirements:
- You will be focused, trustworthy, reliable, well presented and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to demonstrate competence with relevant qualifications and experience of working in high value residential properties
- Able to work with trades including builders and carpenters, and assist with basic building and carpentry tasks
- Responsible for general cleaning and maintenance of site
- Strong communication skills and good written and spoken English
- NVQ qualified candidates preferred
- CSCS card must be held
- Safety conscious and able to follow instructions and specified systems of work
- You will be able to show experience of planning and taking the initiative to get the job done
- Able to adapt and think on your feet
- Humorous, personable, professional- gets on with people and finds solutions, not problems
