The role:
We are looking for experienced Bartenders to provide high quality beverage services and occasional food services across the Morden College sites in Blackheath and Beckenham with a focus on the social clubs and events.
Key duties will be to provide exceptional services in a professional, efficient and friendly manner; to ensure that drinks and food are served according to the standards required by Morden College; to ensure that all payments are processed correctly; to make sure that stock is regularly replenished and accounted for.
We are also interested in receiving applications from people wanting to work for us on a casual basis by joining our Bank where a variety of shifts will be available from Monday to Sunday.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidates must have excellent customer service and teamwork skills, be friendly and professional, be enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile, and have an impeccable appearance.
Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential. Previous experience in a Hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
