Job Title: Solution Sales Executive

Location: Bristol

Salary: £40,000 -£60,000 basic with on target total earnings of £80,000 – £120,000

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Company is a highly recognised player when it comes to multichannel marketing analytics and customer journey platforms (Martech). They are unique in that when they add their customer data platform (CDP) to the mix so marketers are able to deliver highly targeted and personalised marketing communications to their customers. The Company is experiencing explosive growth now that marketers recognise that the combination of online and offline data is critical to ensuring commercial success.

They are looking for a highly motivated and talented quick study to fill the role of Solution Sales Executive.

Purpose of the Role:

Lead the Solution Sales team to identify approach, engage and close new name client business. The primary target will be medium to large size organisations across online gaming, retail, media, travel, financial services and leisure sectors.

The solution will be a bespoke combination of their current Intelligent Marketing suite. A critical part of the role will be to work closely with the CEO, Pre-sales, Sales and Marketing Team to ensure new business targets are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and quantify customer needs and develop a solution to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets with an emphasis on annual bookings
  • Build a plan to provide integrated software and service solutions to meet the prospects’ long term needs as a strategic business partner
  • Develop a pipeline of viable opportunities that exceeds quota, and keep abreast of every prospect in your territory
  • Network and build relationships within the account in order to understand who the key decision makers are, and how you can help them solve their business issues
  • Negotiate access to key decision makers and facilitate meetings with Blue Venn executives
  • Develop cooperative closing strategy and tactics with sales management

The successful Candidate will have/ be:

  • 1-3 years of sales and or business development experience, preferably in the Martech or enterprise software arena
  • History of accomplishments, from a professional, educational and personal point of view
  • Excited to build out a market, discover customer requirements, and work hard to articulate and present solutions in order to close new business
  • Willingness to learn, highly confident, exceptional presentation skills
  • Excellent sales skills, lead development and qualification skills ideally experience in the software industry in the past 3-6 years
