The Role
The Ideal Sous Chef Candidate You should be experienced in a similar type of role, as a team player, hardworking and enthusiastic with a real passion for food. You should already have operated at Sous Chef level and have exceptional culinary skills.
As Sous Chef you must be energetic and enthusiastic with a real passion for cooking and a real can-do attitude!
