Job Title: Stock Check Supervisor

Salary: £10.50 – £10.75 per hour
Position: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday and 9:00 am – 12:30 pm alternate Saturdays

We have 13 inspirational showrooms across the UK and are currently recruiting for a Stock Check Supervisor to join our Operations team at our Head Office in Monmouth.
About the role:
As the department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the Stock Check Assistants, ensuring the smooth running of the department and daily workloads are met. You should have a proactive and flexible approach to your workload and may be called upon to support other departments to support with urgent requests and problem solving.
Duties include:
- Undertaking stock checks as directed, to ensure that the physical stock levels are accurate against the system
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records on the system
- Responsible for the stock control process for any damages
- Adhering to our Health and Safety policy and ensuring your work area is kept clean and tidy
About you:
- We look for organised individuals, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload as well as ensuring your team meet deadlines
- Previous supervisory / people management experience is essential
- A counterbalance forklift licence is desirable
