Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Do you want to work for an independent, family-run, Ofsted Outstanding fostering agency?
Do you want to embark upon an exciting new opportunity as a Social Worker, while showcasing your big personality and doing the job you love?
Established in 1994, The Company is a friendly, family-run agency, with over 240 fostering families and 35 children’s homes across the UK. Rated Ofsted ‘OUTSTANDING’ since 2010, they are also proud to have been awarded Gold in the Investor’s in People Awards. A company to grow and develop within, they pride themselves upon internal progression and promotions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified SWE registered Social Worker to join the agency’s successful team in Leeds or surrounding areas, mostly based from home but as part of the Yorkshire team on a permanent, full time basis.
Their child-centred ethos makes them stand out from the rest, and as their Social Worker you will be offered full training and support throughout your career with them.

As a Social Worker you will maintain relationships with their current fostering households, while working to introduce new potential carers to their growing family.
They’ll consider both newly qualified and experienced Social workers, who have a passion for what they do and can demonstrate they advocated for young people. Being self-motivated with professional curiosity and attention to detail you will have a holistic mind-set focused on achieving the best outcomes for young people.
The ideal social worker:
- Must have a Social work degree or Masters
- Must already be registered with SWE
- Must have a background in working with children, preferably in a residential setting too
- Must have a driving licence and access to a car for work use
- Flexible hours
- A generous tax free mileage scheme
- Over caseload and assessment bonuses
You will receive full training and they champion ongoing training and support throughout your career and encourage promoting from within.
