As a telemarketing executive, you will join this friendly and motivated team and receive training on all telemarketing best practices allowing you to develop and improve your expertise in a wide range of skills.
As part of the wider team, you will be responsible for ensuring that a steady flow of potential clients is generated on a monthly basis. You will be expected to promote the full catalogue of their services and solutions and book meetings for their solution specialists.
The role depends on communication with prospects predominantly by telephone but also using email and social media.
Constant training is provided as part of this role and we also provide a potential career path for you within the company allowing you to aim high and develop skills in other departments.

The right candidate should be highly motivated with an upbeat attitude.
- Preferably, the candidate needs to be a university graduate or have a minimum of 12 months experience in a telemarketing role
- Ability to work to targets and think outside the box
Key Duties to be performed:
- Main duty is to hit daily call targets
- Introduce new products and services to new and existing customers
- To generate new business for a dedicated sales team
- Make appointments for solution specialists
- Build a new target network
- Update the CRM system
