Job Title: Temporary Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Location: Warrington/Runcorn

Salary: £20,000 – £22,000

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

They operate the world’s largest digital health assessment platform and library and have a suite of exciting products and services that are all geared towards getting more people using and benefiting from great health and care related Apps.

They are a team of clinicians, Health experts and web developers working within the NHS and other healthcare systems to help to change the way healthcare is delivered, utilising the power of technology. Their award winning digital platform has been shown to improve the long-term outcomes of their patient population.

It’s fair to say they are crazy about health Apps and Digital Health generally. Digital health is rapidly emerging as the major new frontier in healthcare delivery globally and they are at the forefront of this fast moving and exhilarating environment.

The role can be broken down into two parts:

Office Manager

  • Working closely with the Office assistant, as well as the wider team, you will be responsible for:
  • Communicating with relevant agencies to co-ordinate travel arrangements and itineraries both domestic and international on behalf of business Directors
  • Managing correspondence by answering emails and distribution of mail
  • Screening phone calls
  • Drafting, formatting, and printing relevant documents
  • Maintaining stock lists and ordering office supplies
  • Creating agendas, typing up of minutes
  • Photocopying and filing appropriate documents as needed
  • Assisting HR
  • Managing/arranging zoom video conferencing services as and when required
  • Managing CRM system
  • Keeping office tidy
  • Organising staff training courses
  • Other general administrative tasks
  • Any other duties as requested

Executive Assistant to CEO & COO

  • Managing calendars
  • Organising meetings
  • Booking travel & hotels
  • Formatting documentation
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Any other duties required by the Senior Management Team
  • The ability to be proactive and use initiative

Key Requirements:

  • 2 years office management experience – Essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and self-motivation
  • Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and strong understanding of using Microsoft Office – Essential
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to be flexible in your approach to work
  • The ability to work well within a team and individually, using your initiative to complete tasks effectively and proficiently
  • A committed work ethic, with enthusiasm to develop your skills and a drive to learn
  • Integrity and dependability
  • Confident telephone manner – Essential
  • Be able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced & dynamic environment
