Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Salary: £9.50 (approximate p/ h rate)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (Mon – Fri, 7am – 5pm)
S&B Herba Foods Ltd are food importers, processors and market leaders in supplying the Manufacturing, Wholesale, Ethnic and Retail Sectors. We are part of the Ebro Foods Group, the largest Rice Company and second largest Pasta Company in the world.
The Role:
We’re looking to recruit an operative to work at our Rice Mill in Fulbourn. The role involves the following:
- Working with a small team of packers to ensure the efficient operation of packing lines
- Assisting Fork Lift Truck drivers in keeping the warehouse organised
- A current FLT Licence would be advantageous but training will be provided as utilising a FLT will be necessary at times
- Assisting Intake operatives with discharge of rice at the Fulbourn site and external stores
- Helping with stock counts, promotional labelling and cleaning of the warehouse
- Strict adherence to the Company’s Food Safety, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies is essential so experience in the food industry or on other production lines would be advantageous
