Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Warehouse Assistant
Location: Hyde, Manchester
Salary: £9.86 to £10.58 dependant on Experience
Job Type: Permanent/ Full Time (38.75 hours per week)
Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am to 12.45pm
About the role:
The Company is currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative for their site in Hyde, Manchester. Reporting directly to their Warehouse Manager this is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of warehousing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unloading/Loading of containers
- Checking/booking in of stock
- Meet the pick requirement per day (KPI)
- Processing of customer orders on time
- Liaising with other departments
The candidate:
Essential
- Good level of written/spoken English
- Intermediate level on Microsoft excel/word/outlook
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on own initiative and to tight timescales
Desirable
- Fork Lift Truck Licence
