Job Title: Whisky / Spirits Buyer
Location: Holborn
Salary: £27,000 per annum + bonus, pro rata
Job type: Permanent, Part Time (with full time potential)
The company are specialists in sourcing and oversee the rarest and most outstanding single malt Scotch whisky casks. As well as providing the actual casks, they also give a full management service including the move of proprietorship and access to sell to trusted collectors and the export and sale of the finished article.
They’re currently looking for a part time Buyer with experience in Whisky buying to join the team.
About you:
- Previous experience in buying
- Relationships with Scottish distilleries is preferred
- Fantastic knowledge of the whisky market and worked with buying and selling casks
- Driven individual who strives to hit and exceed targets
- Uses their own initiative to bring forward ideas to implement in their role to strengthen that side of the business
- Reliable
- Can work well as part of a team or on their own
