The Company:
RIB Joinery began trading in 2016. At RIB we create unique, stylish, bespoke joinery ranging from case goods and furniture to kitchens and full interior fit out. Our client base spans from residential and commercial to retail and leisure.
The Position:
We are looking for an experienced bench joiner to join our team and work on a range of different projects, delivering the highest standard possible for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construction of components as required ensuring that the highest standards are achieved
- Following day to day production plans in order to meet project deadlines
- Help manage the quality control of finished items
- Clearly communicate all relevant information including job progress and any problems / issues
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
The Candidate:
- Minimum 4 years Bench Joiner experience
- Full qualifications
- Own their own hand tools and battery drill
- Be able to read and work away from shop drawings
- Capable of working on their own and as part of a team
- Strong communication and team working skills
