The role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be geared up for every aspect of the customer experience.
- From the first hello to handing over the keys, you will enjoy the buzz of supporting the customer’s every need as you build ongoing relationships. If you are a self-motivated individual, who can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team.
- The role will involve candidates focusing on driving sales up for a variety of Used Cars.
- Responsible for maintaining their excellent reputation through delivering unrivalled customer service.
- You will be the face of the business, engaging with customers on a daily basis.
- You will be able to identify customer’s needs and sell with a specific solution that will be exactly tailored to their requirements.
- A successful candidate should be target driven with eye for detail.
- They should also be motivated to achieve any set KPIs and exceed their monthly targets
The Candidate:
- Sales experience (preferably in car trade)
- Full clean driving license
- Computer literate
- Salary negotiable on experience
- Be able to work under pressure and be able to consistently achieve sales objectives.
- Be able to work on your own initiative and with minimal supervision.
- Be able to cope with a variety of customer demands and deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
- Be friendly, reliable and responsible.
- Have excellent organisation and administrative skills.
- Be able to effectively operate as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills [written and verbal].
