The Role:
We are looking for new & motivated Care Assistants to deliver personal care to adults with learning disabilities and Autistic spectrum disorder across the areas of Middlewich, Northwich and Winsford. Our Care Assistants provide support to a number of clients, mainly within supported living tenancies however we also do some outreach work.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Our Care Assistant roles work mainly within Supported Living settings and we also have some Outreach work that are to build positive relationships with vulnerable adults, enhance their independence, improve their quality of life and help them become participating members of their community.
The Candidate:
- The ability to build positive professional relationships with Customers and colleagues in a team.
- Someone who offers consistent and friendly support with attention to detail.
- Someone that work their share of weekend and evening work in a month.
- Good judgement and a sense of responsibility with limited supervision.
- Experience of working with people with mental health conditions or learning disabilities would be valuable but not essential for the role.

- Pay rates range from: £9.50/hr standard rate
- Overtime on weekdays +25 pence/hour
- Overtime on weekends +50 pence/hour
- Enhancements to pay available on some bank holidays
- You will receive payment for your travel time in-between calls
- You will receive 22 pence per mile for mileage payments in-between calls
- You will receive a £170 cash bonus for completing your probationary period
- £200 refer a friend bonus if your referral competes their probationary period
- Guaranteed Hours contracts are available after probation period
