Job Title: Claims Administrator

Salary: £16,500 – £21,000 Dependant on experience

We keep you fully updated and we’ll act as an advocate to handle any disputes on your behalf.
We are a growing claims management company, who are looking to add Claims Administrators to their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious School/College leaver or insurance/claims professional to build upon their knowledge, working for a company with excellent training procedures and a thriving reputation in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Acting as a point of contact and taking calls from customers who have been involved in a car accident/RTA and Housing Disrepair Claims.
- Liaising with potential vendors, Solicitors, and Insurance companies.
- Negotiating with third parties
- Checking for fraudulent behaviour
- Liaising with all relevant personnel
- Completing general administration including sending out legal documentation.
The Candidate:
Previous claims, motor/housing disrepair claims experience is preferable but not essential to be considered this role
